SellSoFast is a local marketplace where people can post items for sale, reach buyers quickly, build their own store, and chat directly with buyers. There are no listing fees and no commissions — sellers keep 100% of what they sell. SellSoFast does not process payments; buyers and sellers arrange deals directly.
Tap Sign in to buy or sell and then choose Create Account (or go directly to signup.html). You will need to provide:
You must confirm you are 18 or older and agree to the Terms of Service. After signing up, check your email to verify your account before you can post or create a store.
Go to the Forgot Password page and enter your email address. A reset link will be sent to your inbox. Click the link in the email to create a new password.
Important: If you request multiple reset links, only the newest link will work. Older links stop working as soon as a new one is requested.
Reset links are single-use and expire once a newer reset is requested. If your link is invalid, go back to Forgot Password and request a fresh link. When the new email arrives, use that newest link — do not use older emails.
Sign in and go to the Marketplace. Open the post form, add a title, description, price, and choose your fulfillment and payment options. Upload at least one photo, then publish. Your item will appear in the marketplace immediately.
The default limit is 5 photos per listing. Some accounts may have a higher limit. Supported formats are JPEG, PNG, and WEBP, with a maximum size of 8 MB per photo.
The cover photo is the main image buyers see when browsing the marketplace. You can choose which of your uploaded photos becomes the cover. Pick the clearest, most representative photo of the item.
When you post, you choose how long your listing stays active in the marketplace: 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes. After that time, the listing expires from the marketplace feed. If your item is in your store, it can remain visible there even after the marketplace listing expires.
When a marketplace listing expires, it leaves the active marketplace feed. If the item is store-visible, it stays visible in your store. Expired listings are saved for 48 hours so you can quickly repost them. After 48 hours, the listing and its photos are permanently deleted.
In the marketplace, open your active or expired listings and use the repost option. Reposting refreshes your listing's marketplace exposure. Note: Reposts do not send new notifications to all users — they rebroadcast your listing without triggering fresh alerts. This is by design to keep the experience respectful for buyers.
A SellSoFast store is your personal public page where buyers can browse all of your items in one place, follow you, and get notified when you add new listings. Stores help you build a reputation and keep items visible even after marketplace exposure ends.
Go to Create My Store. To create a store you must:
Each user can have one store.
Store verification helps buyers know they are dealing with a real seller. It is used for account administration, fraud prevention, and buyer confidence. Verified sellers display a badge on their store.
No. Your address and personal verification details are not shown publicly. They are used only for account administration, identity verification, and fraud prevention.
Any signed-in user can follow a store. When you follow a store, you may receive notifications when that store adds new items, depending on your notification settings. You can manage followed stores from the Following page and unfollow at any time.
On a store's public page, use the Request an Item option. This opens a message thread directly with the store owner so you can ask about specific items, availability, or custom requests.
Browse the Marketplace or visit a seller's store. When you find an item you want, message the seller to ask questions, agree on a price, and arrange payment and pickup or shipping directly. SellSoFast does not process payments — you handle the deal with the seller.
No. SellSoFast does not process payments. Buyers and sellers arrange payment directly using whatever method they both agree on — cash, Venmo, PayPal, or any other arrangement. SellSoFast does not take fees or commissions.
SellSoFast has built-in messaging so buyers and sellers can communicate directly. Open a listing and use the message/chat option to start a conversation. All messages appear in your Messages inbox, accessible from the header when signed in.
Yes. SellSoFast is designed to alert you when a new message arrives. You must allow notifications in your browser or app for this to work. Chat message notifications are always active — they are not affected by marketplace listing notification settings.
If a message thread remains unread, SellSoFast may send reminder notifications to help you not miss a buyer or seller response. Reminders fire at roughly 9 minutes, 60 minutes, and 120 minutes after an unread message arrives. Once you open and read the thread, reminders stop. A new message restarts the reminder timer.
Keeping your conversation in SellSoFast messaging keeps deal details in one place, makes it easier to reference what was agreed on, and supports buyer and seller trust. It also means both parties have a record of the conversation.
When new listings are published in the marketplace, SellSoFast can alert signed-in users. You can control how often you receive these alerts — every listing, every 10 minutes, every 30 minutes, hourly, or off. Store followers may also receive notifications when followed stores add new items.
Go to Control Notifications. There you can:
Chat message notifications always remain active regardless of other settings.
If you follow a store, you may be notified when that store adds new items. To stop store notifications, visit Following and unfollow the store, or adjust your notification settings.
When a buyer and seller agree on a deal, it can be recorded as a transaction in SellSoFast. Transactions go through statuses like pending, completed, or canceled. You can view your transactions from My Transactions. After a transaction is completed, both parties can leave a rating and review.
After a transaction is marked completed, both the buyer and the seller can leave a rating (1–5 stars) and an optional written review of up to 500 characters. Ratings are tied to completed transactions — only transaction participants can leave reviews for each other.
Bad reviews can reduce buyer trust in your store and listings. Consistent problems or serious violations of SellSoFast policies may result in restrictions or removal from the marketplace. The best prevention is honest listings, prompt communication, and reliable follow-through on deals.
Your store name, listings, photos, and public reviews are visible to anyone browsing SellSoFast. Your display name is shown in listings and messages. Your personal verification information (address, legal name) is not shown publicly — it is used only for account administration and fraud prevention.
No. SellSoFast does not sell your personal information. SellSoFast does not use advertising networks to track users. Your information is used only to operate the service — account verification, security, and necessary account communications.
Your email is used for account verification (confirming you are a real person), password resets, and important account security communications. SellSoFast does not use your email for advertising or share it with third parties.
